Responsibilities
Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
Assist with cash management, budgeting, and internal controls
Analyze financial data and build models to support business decisions
Partner with leadership on ad hoc analysis and planning initiatives
Coordinate with external advisors on audit and tax-related matters
Help improve and scale accounting and reporting processes as the business grows
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in public accounting and/or a relevant industry environment
Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or reporting tools a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Self-starter who wants ownership, exposure, and growth
Preferred
CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
