Responsibilities
Administer and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments
Ensure platform security, governance, and compliance across Microsoft 365
Automate processes, monitoring, and reporting using PowerShell
Support enterprise collaboration and low-code/no-code solutions
Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Document system configurations, standards, and best practices
Provide excellent client services with a strong focus on usability and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Administer and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments
Ensure platform security, governance, and compliance across Microsoft 365
Automate processes, monitoring, and reporting using PowerShell
Support enterprise collaboration and low-code/no-code solutions
Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Document system configurations, standards, and best practices
Provide excellent client services with a strong focus on usability and customer experience
Preferred
Experience administering SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Entra (Azure AD) environments
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation, monitoring, and reporting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, Conditional Access, and license management
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns
Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and SPFx custom development
Working knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Excellent collaboration, analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
