The role involves coordinating packaging solutions, supporting safety and productivity initiatives, and managing administrative tasks at a third-party packaging facility.

Responsibilities

Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the John Deere network
Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality, and productivity
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email communication to support daily operations
Coordinate resolution of parts issues between distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers regarding identification, mixed stock, defective stock, or unshipped orders

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Ability to analyze and interpret datasets
Experience leading issue resolution among cross-functional teams
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable being on your feet for approximately 70% of the workday
Ability to work in a high-traffic warehouse environment
Availability to work 40 hours per week
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field OR equivalent work experience

Preferred

Experience in a warehouse or production environment
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)
Knowledge of developing work standards
Previous administrative experience
