Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end quoting process for all assigned opportunities, including tracking and maintaining Salesforce cases, opportunities, and forecasts, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all internal and OEM/partner procedures
Answer presales technical questions and educate account managers on products, services, and resources to help them become more self-sufficient
Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Solution Architects, Service Delivery, and Contract Specialists to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Draft, review, and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) in Agiloft and Statements of Engagement (SOEs) in Ironclad, following standardized templates and naming conventions
Handle, expedited requests, cancellations, contract change orders and amendments, ensuring proper documentation and workflow adherence
Provide complete quotes with minimum sale price recommendations and suggest additional margin where appropriate
Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with Sellers, internal customers, and partners to support sales efforts and drive business growth
Stay current on all CTS procedures and participate in ongoing internal and external training
Identify and recommend improvements to quoting and contract workflows
Support documentation updates and knowledge sharing across the team
Develop innovative approaches to identify and reach new opportunities
Partner with the sales team and Support Service Advisor (SSA) to drive sales

Required

3+ years in sales, sales support or quoting operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and contract management platforms (Agiloft, Ironclad)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional relationship with all departments
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to small and large groups
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting deadlines
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of the business, organization, and core solutions
Ability to adapt to changing conditions, strategies and organizational direction
Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Ability to work extended hours when business requires
Ability to travel 10%
