Senior LevelGE Aerospace is actively recruiting for an International Retirement Leader responsible for governance oversight for all retirement plans within the International region. This role involves building relationships in the UK and ensuring compliance and best practices across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
Providing expertise and strategic advice through partnership with business leaders, HRMs and Trustees on key retirement projects to serve business needs
Researching market data and industry trends within retirement
Evaluating retirement processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliant with legal and local rules and regulations after separation
Preparing and distributing written and verbal information to employees on retirement plans to raise awareness of these benefits
Develop and maintain a governance structure and process for ensuring all plans are compliant and reporting centrally their status
Working closely with the International Benefits team to drive through any changes impacting these plans, including planning, design, compliance, cost impact and employee experience
Qualification
Required
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Substantial experience in Retirement area e.g. Scheme Manager, Trustee, Actuary
Has led significant change programs in Retirement plans
Experience of retirement plans in multiple locations outside US
Proven ability to shape and influence key retirement strategy in support of business needs, while operating in a challenging environment
Strong influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
Proven organizational skills with demonstrated attention to details and solid quantitative and analytical background
Excellent interpersonal, consulting, written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to navigate highly matrixed organisation
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role
