Responsibilities

Handle all paralegal responsibilities within the litigation life cycle including assisting with filing of documents and drafting discovery and pleadings

Work on complex commercial matters, labor and employment matters, internal investigations and nonprofit law cases

Excel at working in a high energy environment with great attention to detail

Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills

Work independently and in a team environment

Required

8+ years of litigation experience with a law firm

Experience handling all paralegal responsibilities within the litigation life cycle including assisting with discovery, document review, trial preparation and appellate support

Demonstrated experience in complex civil litigation including federal court practice

Excellent organization, and communication skills

Outstanding references required

Bachelor's degree required
