Responsibilities

Assist with the analysis of work intake requests for the product capability area

Develop product use cases and support the product backlog

Provide input to evolve the product vision, strategies, and roadmap

Identify product optimization opportunities that benefit all collaborators

Translate customer needs into actionable outcomes and partner with development teams in the delivery of these solutions

Prioritize among strategic, customer, and technology requirements

Assist in analyzing risk management and risk assessment strategies for the product

Required

Experience in business analysis and agile methodologies and techniques is essential

Proven experience in guiding product strategy and delivery, including identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and working with technology teams to deliver, is highly valued

You must be able to translate business requirements and operational processes into clear, actionable product requirements

A solid grasp of operations workflows and processes, preferably within financial services or other regulated industries, is important

The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and confidently navigate ambiguity is also required
