Responsibilities

Analyzes IT and business workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Gathers and documents requirements from stakeholders to support system changes and enhancements
Performs data analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic initiatives
Participates in testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or updates to existing systems
Serves as a liaison between clinical/administrative departments and IT teams
Assists in troubleshooting application and system issues, escalating as needed
Supports end users by providing guidance, training, and documentation
Collaborates on project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely completion and alignment with goals
Stays informed on healthcare IT trends, tools, and regulatory requirements

Required

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT, systems analysis, or business analyst role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant data analysis tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
Familiarity with process mapping, change management, and compliance standards

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of EMR/EHR and healthcare applications
ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications
Healthcare information systems experience
