Executive Assistant to Investor Relations Team - Private Equity
Mission Staffing is a leading private equity firm in New York City seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support its Business Development and Investor Relations team. This role involves providing executive-level administrative support, managing investor communications, and maintaining the team's CRM database to enhance fundraising and client relations.

Responsibilities
Provide proactive executive-level administrative support to senior leaders within Business Development and Investor Relations
Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle extensive scheduling across time zones
Organize domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents for fundraising and investor meetings
Maintain meticulous organization of files, data, and team workflows
Serve as a polished and reliable point of contact for investors, prospective LPs, consultants, and other external partners
Draft, review, and coordinate investor communications, meeting follow-ups, and information requests
Support the execution of fundraising processes, including tracking interest and managing the flow of materials to prospects
Assist with planning investor events, roadshows, and conferences
Own and maintain the team’s CRM database, ensuring accurate, timely data entry and reporting
Track investor activity, touchpoints, meeting notes, and fundraising pipelines within the CRM
Generate CRM-based reports and dashboards to support decision-making and outreach efforts
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of relevant experience
Prior Investor Relations experience required
Prior CRM experience required (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamo, DealCloud, or similar)
Direct experience with client or investor communication is a must
Exceptional organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities
High level of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust across teams and with external stakeholders

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
