Answer inbound customer calls and assist with HVAC and plumbing service requests

Schedule and confirm appointments based on urgency and technician availability

Communicate job details clearly with dispatch and field technicians

Update job orders, customer information, and service history in the system

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering concerns

Required

Experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE IN home improvement, or service trades required

Strong phone and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling or dispatch software
