Service Delivery Manager
Indigo is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to enhance customer experience and service performance. The role involves leading operational service delivery for enterprise clients, managing a team, and ensuring high-quality service across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of service performance and elevate the customer experience
Acting as the voice of the customer
Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational services for a portfolio of enterprise clients
Driving service reviews
Resolving challenges
Turning performance into measurable customer success
Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
Building strong customer relationships
Driving continuous improvement across every service touchpoint
Lead service governance
Manage escalations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Manage a small team of Service Delivery Executives
Providing leadership and coaching to maintain excellence in service support and reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in telecoms, networking, or digital infrastructure
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
Preferred
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
