Responsibilities
Key leadership role in plant startup, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), SOPs, and technical training
Heavy focus on automation systems, PLC programming, SCADA systems, CMMS implementation, and smart manufacturing
Lead production, maintenance, and automation teams
Drive manufacturing safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (FDA/GMP/OSHA)
Optimize operations using KPIs, OEE, real-time production data and continuous improvement
Manage manufacturing budgets, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations (or equivalent)
Strong engineering, automation, and controls background
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Smart Factory / Industry 4.0
Experience with MES, ERP, CMMS, PLC/SCADA, and regulated environments
Ability to travel as needed to support new site startup and commissioning
Preferred
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food, beverage, pharma, or similar gmp environment preferred)
