They are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager in the U.S. to establish MRO360’s footprint in the market and manage regional revenue and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets within asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing)
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to deal closure
Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Independently lead complex, consultative sales discussions, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer operations, maintenance processes, and digital transformation needs
Engage effectively with Procurement, Indirect Materials, Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Digital stakeholders across customer organizations
Position AI-native SaaS solutions and associated services to address business outcomes such as asset reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Collaborate with partners, OEMs, and system integrators to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to assigned sales representatives, as applicable
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Prepare and deliver compelling executive-level presentations, proposals, and business cases
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer data using Zoho, Hub spot or similar CRM platforms

Required

15–20 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing)
Proven experience selling EAM / MRO / APM SaaS applications
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding sales quotas
Experience engaging senior executives, procurement teams, and operational leaders
Strong network and working relationships with System Integrators in the EAM / Digital Asset Management ecosystem
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence buying decisions and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Willingness to travel extensively across the United States for business

Preferred

Prior experience working with OEMs or similar growth focused organizations in this space
Exposure to AI-driven platforms, predictive maintenance, asset performance management, or digital twins
