Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
Forge deep relationships with key decision-makers at hedge funds and private market firms
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs to maximize engagement
Strategic Growth & Revenue Expansion:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding Hazeltree’s footprint within existing accounts
Contribute directly to revenue growth by aligning clients with solutions that enhance their financial performance
Treasury & Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of Hazeltree’s platform and the intricacies of treasury management in the investment management industry
Educate clients on best practices and help them fully leverage our solutions
Client Success & Retention:
Proactively address client needs, provide expert training, and ensure seamless ongoing support
Drive platform adoption and maximize customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (implementations, product, sales, support, etc.) to advocate for client needs and contribute to continuous solution improvements
Provide insights and feedback that directly shape the evolution of our platform and services

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
Experience working with hedge funds, private equity firms, or financial services is highly desirable
Familiarity with prime brokerage clients, including their operational, trading, and reporting needs, to effectively position technology solutions
Proven ability to build rapport, foster trust, and nurture long-term client relationships
Passion for identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Strong understanding of financial products and investment management dynamics
Comfortable with SaaS platforms and eager to deepen knowledge of treasury technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and proactively manage multiple client accounts
Highly organized, self-starter with strong time management skills

Preferred

Experience working with hedge funds or private equity firms
Familiarity with treasury management principles and best practices
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk)
