Responsibilities
Seeking Senior AI Engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance AI-driven solutions, including Intuit Assist, a generative AI-powered financial assistant designed to automate tasks and provide personalized insights, as well as:
Use machine learning to create real-time, personalized customer experiences
Utilize ‘Chatbot Applications’ for informing customers about unusual charges, to answering their questions in real time
Use the transformative power of emerging AI capabilities to reimagine how they serve their customers and businesses that have come to love the products and services they build
Simplify financial tasks and empower users to achieve financial prosperity and confidence
Develop, support, maintain and enhance data and artificial intelligence (AI), including a generative AI-powered financial assistant called Intuit Assist, to automate tasks and provide personalized insights across its products
Develop generative AI (GenAI), machine learning (ML), and specialized AI agents built on its proprietary operating system, GenOS, to automate tasks, provide personalized insights, and improve accuracy in QuickBooks and TurboTax
Develop, maintain, and enhance
Assist and other AI agents to act as a "virtual team" for small businesses and accountants, handling everything from routine bookkeeping to managing customer interactions
The AI that categorizes transactions with high accuracy, automatically matches receipts and invoices to bank transactions, and flags anomalies or inconsistencies in the books for review
GenAI to convert unstructured data (emails, photos of handwritten notes, uploaded documents) into formatted estimates, invoices, or bills, eliminating manual data entry. It also drafts personalized, automated invoice reminders to help businesses get paid faster
Specialized AI Agents: Accounting Agent to Focuses on automating core bookkeeping tasks and flagging discrepancies
Payments Agent to Predicts late payments and optimizes collection workflows
Sales Tax Agent to: help ensure compliance by identifying potential sales tax issues before filing
Finance Agent to Provides real-time financial summaries, KPI tracking, and forecasting capabilities
Human Expert Collaboration: The AI streamlines the process of connecting with live human experts for setup guidance or complex situations, providing the experts with AI-powered context
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience working in IT in the US for companies in the US
08+ Years of Experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies
08+ Years of Experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, Spark, C++, C#, Java, and Golang
08+ Years of Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
08+ Years of Experience with prompt design and implementation of chatbot applications
08+ Years of Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud)
08+ Years of Experience architecting, designing, developing, integrating, delivering, and supporting complex AI systems
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders up to the VP level
Experience developing and applying state-of-the-art techniques for optimizing training and inference software to improve hardware utilization, latency, throughput, and cost
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to peers
