Responsibilities

Directing and supervising the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality departments of our Global Operations team
Overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels
Optimizing our Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products
Maintaining a strong focus on quality management and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Creating and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Staying current with industry trends and advancements in operations management

Qualification

Required

10-15 years of experience leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality in a similar manufacturing environment
Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence
5 years in a global VP role
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered
