Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end air export shipments, including consolidation and direct shipments
Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, trucking providers, and warehouses
Prepare, review, and issue export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, SLI, AES filings, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Book cargo with airlines and ensure timely space confirmation
Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to customers
Ensure compliance with TSA, AES, and all export regulations
Resolve shipment issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies
Handle billing, cost validation, and file profitability
Maintain accurate shipment records in the freight management system
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in air export operations within a freight forwarding environment
Strong knowledge of international air freight export procedures
Experience with AES filings and TSA compliance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office
