Assist with processing loan applications and reviewing customer information
Support branch operations with reporting, compliance, and client communication
Step in as a leader on the team when needed, assisting with training and oversight
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years of customer service experience with strong, stable tenure
2+ years of experience in loans, finance, or a related field
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office
Preferred
Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a finance or loan company is strongly preferred
