Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters
Represent clients in court frequently; handle hearings, motions, and trials
Vet and develop leads to build a sustainable, high-margin practice area
Collaborate with senior partners while maintaining the autonomy to drive cases forward
Qualification
Required
1–2 years in private practice (District Court experience is required)
Active North Carolina Bar License
Strong references
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (urinalysis)
Preferred
Exposure to Landlord-Tenant (Landlord side), Debt Collection, Foreclosure, HOA, or Small Claims
Candidates with a background in manual labor, military service, or working through school are highly encouraged to apply
Ability to know when to 'run with it' and when to ask for guidance
A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to build a career in Wake County
