Robert Half is seeking a technically skilled eLearning Developer to build, enhance, and maintain interactive digital learning experiences. This role focuses on hands-on development and production, requiring proficiency in authoring tools and multimedia technologies to create engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

Develop interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise

Build and customize learning experiences using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

Produce and edit multimedia assets, including video, animation, audio, and graphics

Translate existing learning content and storyboards into engaging, technically sound eLearning solutions

Apply graphic design principles to ensure visually polished and user-friendly courses

Optimize courses for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility

Utilize AI tools to support development workflows (e.g., media generation, prototyping, automation)

Troubleshoot technical issues within eLearning modules and learning platforms

Maintain and update existing courses as needed

Required

2–4 years of experience as an eLearning Developer, Multimedia Developer, or similar technical role

Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

Experience creating or editing video, animation, and interactive media

Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)

Comfort working from existing content rather than designing curriculum from scratch

Ability to provide a portfolio or work samples demonstrating technical eLearning development

Preferred

Background in web development or front-end development

Experience integrating eLearning with LMS platforms

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience using AI-driven tools in digital content production
