Business Development Lead
Hurom America, Inc. is a global leader in juicing innovation, and they are seeking a Business Development Lead to help expand their footprint and partnerships. The role involves identifying new sales channels, managing the Costco partnership, and representing the brand at tradeshows and events.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales channels for Hurom America’s consumer products (retail, specialty, DTC partnerships, affiliates, etc.)
Build commercial sales opportunities, targeting small business owners, chains, restaurants, and power users
Create partner-specific plans (outreach, pitch, pricing/program concepts, create timelines) and close deals
Own day-to-day management of the Costco partnership
Work closely with our internal Costco manager to coordinate a team of Hurom reps and brand representatives traveling for roadshows
Identify and propose new Costco initiatives (new regions, new event formats, seasonal programs, product bundles, demos, etc.)
Represent Hurom at tradeshows and industry events as a brand ambassador
Source new tradeshow opportunities and project-manage Hurom America’s participation end-to-end (planning, logistics, staffing, goals, lead capture, follow-up)
Organize offline and online events that educate customers and partners about Hurom products and the brand
Collaborate with Hurom’s marketing team, including supporting expansion of affiliate marketing reach
Coordinate (when relevant) with influencer and celebrity partners/spokespeople to amplify events and sales programs
Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to align on product positioning, launch plans, training, and selling materials
Track and report on pipeline, event outcomes, and channel performance with clear next steps
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or channel growth (CPG, appliances, wellness, consumer electronics, or anything related to our brand or products)
Comfortable owning relationships end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and managing ongoing accounts
Strong public speaking and live demo presence—outgoing, credible, and persuasive
Proven ability to project manage events/tradeshows and lead teams in the field
Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and occasional international)
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team and flexible about scope of work
Able to commute into Manhattan
Preferred
Korean, Spanish, and French language skills (plus, not required)
Experience with Costco, roadshows, retail demo programs, or national accounts
Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality groups, or SMB operators
