Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver data-driven products
Apply a diverse technology stack—including Python, cloud platforms, distributed computing, and ML frameworks—to uncover insights from large structured and unstructured datasets
Develop, train, evaluate, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production environments
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights aligned with business objectives
Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to solve ambiguous, high-impact challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline plus at least 5 years of professional data analytics experience
Master's degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with a quantitative focus) plus at least 3 years of professional data analytics experience
Doctorate in a quantitative or closely related field
Preferred
Advanced degree in a STEM discipline with relevant professional experience
Hands-on experience working within AWS or similar cloud environments
Experience building and deploying production-ready AI or agent-based systems, including retrieval-augmented generation and graph-enhanced architectures
Strong background in model adaptation techniques such as fine-tuning, parameter-efficient tuning (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA), reinforcement learning, or preference optimization
Research contributions or publications in recognized AI or machine learning conferences
