Responsibilities

Provide leadership and architectural guidance for SAP FICO implementations and enhancements

Design and develop solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices, utilizing your deep understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling modules

Leverage your extensive experience in S/4 HANA implementation projects to ensure successful migration and integration of financial processes and data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and effective project execution within defined timelines and budgets

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery

Provide pre-sales support by actively participating in solution demonstrations, preparing proposals, and engaging with potential clients to showcase the value of our SAP FICO solutions services

Apply your expertise in complex finance modules to solve intricate business challenges

Develop innovative solutions that streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize overall financial performance

Required

Proven experience of 10-15 years as an SAP FICO consultant, architect, or lead, with a strong track record of successful project implementations

In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration

Experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions

Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects

Pre-sales experience, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solution proposals

Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and ASAP

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

SAP certifications in relevant Finance or related modules are a plus
