Responsibilities

Architecting FCCS Solutions
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle FCCS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
Develop and document technical specifications and design documents
Oversee the configuration and deployment of Oracle FCCS modules
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Lead FCCS implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to enhance team capabilities
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle FCCS solutions
Ensure system integrity, performance, and security

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Certification in Oracle FCCS
Extensive experience in Oracle FCCS solution design and implementation; at least 5 cycles of FCCS implementation
Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes
Proven track record of successful project management within Oracle FCCS environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment
