Responsibilities
Oversee a program composed of multiple Project Managers and numerous technical team leaders
Manage large, multi-stream programs with projects that are both directly and indirectly managed by the PMO
Apply advanced methodologies to guide planning, execution, governance, and risk management
Deliver comprehensive status reporting, program governance, and executive briefings
Coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives with significant complexity and interdependencies
Ensure alignment with PMO standards, stage gates, documentation requirements, and program governance frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience
7 years' IT experience in Program/Project Management capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams as a Program Manager
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise scale, multi stream IT initiatives with significant cross functional coordination
Senior-level Program Manager with deep experience in formal project and program management methodologies and a proven track record delivering very large-scale IT projects within an established PMO
Able to communicate and present effectively at the executive level
Apply structured PMO processes, governance, controls, and documentation standards
Drive disciplined management of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and dependencies
Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.)
