Responsibilities

Own all daily accounting operations, including QuickBooks oversight, high-volume deal reconciliations, investor/syndicator wallet management, commission payouts, and integration of financial data from the CRM

Design, implement, and optimize scalable financial systems, reporting structures, and operational workflows to support rapidly increasing deal volume

Build and enhance financial controls, processes, and analytical frameworks that strengthen accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency

Produce and refine internal financial reporting, providing actionable insights that help guide leadership decision-making

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support expansion initiatives and introduce creative, out-of-the-box financial solutions that push the business forward

Serve as a strategic voice within the leadership team, helping shape the financial infrastructure and long-term business strategy
