Responsibilities
Support Agile delivery teams by defining and documenting business requirements
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation
Partner with product and technology teams to support new payment initiatives
Develop training materials and business documentation for new functionality releases
Support risk identification and mitigation within payment processes
Provide release validation, user acceptance testing, and post-release support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Strong payments domain expertise, including wires and SWIFT
Experience with ISO 20022 messaging and MP to MX migration
Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT payments and wire processing
Preferred
Experience across ACH, chips, immediate payments, faster payments, or real-time payments
Certifications in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile methodologies
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Working knowledge of SQL
