Responsibilities

Deliver and exceed annual sales and revenue targets for North America by developing and executing robust regional sales strategies, and holding the team accountable for results
Drive revenue growth, meet or surpass sales targets, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region
Lead and inspire a North America-based sales team focused on new business development, including researching opportunities, initiating discussions, building relationships, managing the sales process, and closing deals
Cultivate new senior-level relationships at target firms within North America, introducing the company’s value proposition and generating new business opportunities
Oversee the sales process from prospecting to close, including lead generation, client meetings, prospect qualification, and RFP completion
Collaborate with product, marketing, relationship management, operations, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with corporate and regional goals
Monitor and communicate competitor activity within North America, identifying strengths and weaknesses relative to our offerings
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the region

Required

Bachelor's degree required
12+ years of successful sales experience, including 5+ years in senior management, strategy, and stakeholder influence within North America
Deep financial services background
Demonstrated success in delivering regional sales targets and competing aggressively for new and existing clients
Experience building, developing, and engaging high-performing regional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high level of professionalism
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence colleagues and virtual teams
Willingness to travel extensively across North America

Preferred

Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred
Experience in Asset Servicing or related fields is a plus
