Responsibilities

Research, collect and enter market information regarding the commercial real estate market

Track and gather data on properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, new developments, etc

Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point of sale Research outputs, under the supervision of a Research Manager

Connect with brokers and developers to gather market intelligence

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers

Ability to effectively present information

Knowledge of financial terms and principles

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions

Conducts basic financial analysis

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents

Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations

Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Tableau
