Responsibilities

Manage cash applications and reconciliations for 40 companies
Conduct audit reconciliations and generate AR reporting
Prepare and analyze aging reports
Oversee shared mailboxes and payment transfers (ACH, wire)
Lead a team of four as a point of contact
Utilize BST ERP system for reporting duties

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years experience in cash application
At least 2 years lead experience
Strong organizational skills
Moderate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Effective communication skills

Experience with BST ERP system
Team player in a laid-back environment
Willingness to learn and adapt
Tenure and KPIs as evaluation factors
