Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations across multiple manufacturing sites
Managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution through validation, go-live, and post-go-live support
Ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder coordination
Qualification
Required
10+ Years only on W-2
7+ years of project management experience in MES or manufacturing systems
Strong MES implementation and delivery experience
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes: batch, packaging, serialization
Regulatory compliance expertise: GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional team management
Experience managing multi-site and global teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred
PMP certification
