Responsibilities
Work closely with the project design team and client team in each phase of the project delivery process
Contribute to all aspects and phases of the interior design process, including programming, space analysis/planning, concepts, material/furniture selection, working drawings, specifications and CD packages
Attend and lead project meetings with clients
Collaborate with a wide range of project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design team consultants
Maintain and organize interior design project files
Maintain and update office interior library working with product reps
Travel to and from project and client meetings as required
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years' experience in the interior design industry with relevant built work experience
Strong interior design detailing and documentation skills
Proficiency in documenting all phases of the interior design process
Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills
Exceptional client service orientation and relationship-building skills
Strong proficiency in Revit required
Solid MS Office abilities
Preferred
Experience with healthcare projects will be considered a plus
Bachelor's degree in interior design preferred
Knowledge of Enscape and Adobe suite preferred
Knowledge of Newforma project management platform preferred
