Responsibilities
Guide architecture decisions, design patterns and code quality standards, resolve complex technical challenges, perform code reviews
Hands on Java Development and Leads in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
Translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Participate in all Sprint ceremonies
Focus on delivery efficiency and tech debt reduction, Mentor team members
Perform Stakeholder Collaboration -act as bridge between PO/BSA/QA and Business Teams. Participate in roadmap discussions and clarify any technical implications
Drive automation wherever necessary and Maintain documentation
Need to make sure that security, compliance and performance are met in every release
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
Hands on Java Development
Technical leadership and design activities directly related to new application or rewrite / enhance existing applications
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of strategic thinking
Ability to use sound judgment and deliver on committed deadlines/objectives
Demonstrated technical and team leadership
Stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence
