Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS
Configure curricula, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training
Manage users, roles, security, and HRIS integrations
Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements
Manage e-learning, ILT, and VILT content
Support onboarding, mandatory compliance, and role-based training
Ensure alignment with federal training requirements
Develop standard and ad-hoc LMS reports
Track completion, certifications, and compliance metrics
Support audits and contract reporting
Act as LMS SME for government clients and program teams
Provide Tier II/III support and documentation
Develop SOPs and job aids
Recommend LMS best practices
Support implementations, migrations, and expansions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years Cornerstone OnDemand LMS administration
Experience in compliance-driven environments
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Preferred
Federal agency or government contracting experience
LMS integrations and reporting expertise
Section 508 and cybersecurity familiarity
