Responsibilities

Lead and manage Veeva Vault CRM projects from initiation to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in life sciences/pharma domain
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates

Required

5+ years of experience in Project Management within Life Sciences or Pharma domain
Strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM (implementation, configuration, and integration)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with other Veeva products (e.g., Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva PromoMats)
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
