Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 support for mobile-related incidents, requests, and troubleshooting for mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve iPad-related issues, including configuration, connectivity, app management, and device enrollment (e.g., using MDM solutions)
Manage the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle of iPads and other mobile devices
Support Microsoft Windows and macOS environments, including Office 365 applications
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement timely solutions
Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks
Maintain documentation for IT procedures, known issues, and resolutions
Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an IT support or Analyst role
Proven experience in iPad troubleshooting and support (including MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Apple Business Manager)
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Troubleshooting Apple / iOS products, including iPads
