MES Project Manager (USC & GC)
Ampstek is seeking an MES Project Manager with strong project management skills and expertise in planning and execution. The role involves managing the RFP process, vendor evaluations, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Strong project management skills with expertise in planning and execution
Experience in implementation of projects ( SAP or Non-SAP) across MM, SD, and PP modules
Proven experience in managing RFP processes and vendor evaluations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong project management skills (PMP certification preferred)
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (batch, packaging, serialization)
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
Ability to manage multi-site and multicultural teams
Develop, issue, and manage the RFP process from start to finish
Ensure timely communication with vendors and manage submission deadlines
Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluation criteria
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in the RFP Process and perform the evaluation of the solution
Review and analyze vendor proposals against defined business and technical requirements
