Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud-first transformations
Designing, deploying, and securing Azure-based environments
New client onboarding and infrastructure deployments
Server, network, and security implementations
Advising C-level stakeholders on infrastructure strategy and security posture
Acting as a technical lead on projects and assisting with project management
Providing Tier 3 escalation support when needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud-first transformations
Experience designing, deploying, and securing Azure-based environments
Experience with new client onboarding and infrastructure deployments
Experience with server, network, and security implementations
Ability to advise C-level stakeholders on infrastructure strategy and security posture
Experience acting as a technical lead on projects and assisting with project management
Experience providing Tier 3 escalation support
Hands-on experience with Windows Server & Roles
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management
Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, NAT
Knowledge of firewalls, IPS/IDS, RADIUS, QoS
Knowledge of wireless technologies (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
Experience with EDR, SIEM, RMM, Vulnerability Management
Experience with email security, DNS filtering, application control
Knowledge of BitLocker encryption, conditional access
Knowledge of MFA, SSO, PAM/PIM
Familiarity with frameworks: NIST, CIS, HIPAA, Zero Trust
Experience with backup, continuity & disaster recovery
Knowledge of secure data administration best practices
Experience with infrastructure design and implementation
