Processing and reconciling accounts payable transactions
Maintaining accurate financial records
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
Preparing financial reports
Supporting the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualification
Required
Proficient understanding of Accounting and Finance principles and practices
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
Experience in Account Reconciliation and maintaining organized financial records
Excellent Communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal teams
Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Tekion
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role is highly desirable
