Responsibilities

Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis to support investment decisions

Analyze deals – including collateral analysis, prepayment analysis, and cash-flow modelling

Analyze economic and regulatory impacts on housing and MBS markets

Maintain surveillance reporting on portfolio holdings

Create and maintain presentation and client communication materials

Maintain on-going and frequent communication with the traders

Perform other related duties as assigned
