Responsibilities

Advise clients on trademark protection strategies and conduct clearance searches
Prosecute U.S. trademark applications and manage oppositions and proceedings
Coordinate international trademark portfolio coverage with foreign associates
Draft and negotiate trademark licenses and related transactional agreements
Develop and execute enforcement strategies, including anti-counterfeiting measures
Prepare and respond to cease-and-desist correspondence
Collaborate with M&A teams on trademark due diligence and integration
Appear before U.S. federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
Supervise and mentor an associate and a team of paralegals

Required

10+ years of experience in trademark and intellectual property law
Strong academic credentials
Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills

Admission to practice law in the United States required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
