Responsibilities

Supporting audit engagements by:

Participating in the review of internal control procedures

Executing audit procedures, including testing of controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures

Auditing transaction cycles, including cash, purchasing & accounts payable, revenue & accounts receivable, investments, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses

Documenting work performed, findings, and conclusions in an organized and clear manner

Assisting in preparing audit reports and conclusions

Supporting financial due diligence assignments (buy-side and sell-side transaction) by:

Analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and income statements

Assisting in the preparation of client reports

Staying informed on current economic developments relevant to clients’ businesses and industries

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline

First experience in Audit or Financial Due Diligence is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no visa sponsorship available for this position)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to travel as needed
