Responsibilities

Business development and relationship building is the name of the game! As a Recruitment Consultant, you will sell our staffing services to high-value clients and recruit candidates that fit their needs

You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining existing client relationships, establishing brand new client relationships to increase job flow, and recruiting candidates to ensure all client needs are being met

Proactively developing new business relationships with clients which will include cold calling and outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Develop strategies to grow your client base and implement appropriate sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue

Facilitating in-depth client meetings to better understand your client's needs so you can tailor your approach and search appropriately

Negotiating terms of business with new clients

Managing the entire sales and candidate life cycle from discovery to close

Recruiting and providing relevant candidates to the roles your clients are looking to fill
