Responsibilities
Learn the software architecture behind today's mobile phone calls and explore how it continues to evolve
Contribute new ideas to expand and improve our team's efficiency by utilizing the latest technology
Work with initiative and effectiveness in a hybrid environment
Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex, non-routine tasks and approach them with fresh perspectives
Qualification
Required
Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, etc., or a related field with an accredited school in the USA
Active student status for at least one year, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
Ability and willingness to work on-site in the Naperville, IL office during the internship
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer term
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong teamwork mindset with a collaborative and professional attitude
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable work
Preferred
Knowledge of UNIX systems; familiarity with IP networking, Linux, programming, containerization, and virtualization is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn
