Managing engineering, construction, and client coordination
Owning schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and risk
Driving safety, quality, and execution performance on site
Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders
Managing one or more active projects, depending on scale
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Project Management experience
Utility-scale solar EPC experience
Self-perform construction experience required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Primavera P6, and MS Project
Remote-based role with approximately 50% travel to project sites
