Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision, support, and scheduling for Residential Advisors and Peer Support Specialists

Monitor daily documentation and shift notes for accuracy and completeness

Conduct regular supervision and team meetings

Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff

Support and ensure compliance with individual service plans

Monitor the physical site, including cleanliness, safety, and necessary maintenance

Participate in incident review, response, and follow-up

Facilitate group activities that support recovery and independent living

Assist clients with activities of daily living as needed

Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ensures compliance with policies, federal and state regulations

Collaborates with the Office of Ethics, Compliance & Quality on identifying and correcting non-compliance

Required

Associate's degree in a human services–related field and two (2) years of related experience OR Equivalent experience in lieu of education may be considered

NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work

OASAS licensed programs: Advanced Counselor CASAC or other QHP as defined by OASAS Operating Regulations required
