Law Practice
Responsibilities
Support commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
Coordinating due diligence
Reviewing title, survey, and zoning materials
Preparing and managing closing documents and checklists
Handling recordings and closing books
Drafting and filing UCCs
Preparing Land Court and registry filings
Assisting with foreclosure matters
Drafting a variety of real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, deeds, easements, and formation documents
Qualification
Required
Experienced Real Estate Paralegal
Commercial real estate experience in a law firm
Proficiency with iManage, InTapp, Kofax, and/or Orbital
Support commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
Coordinate due diligence
Review title, survey, and zoning materials
Prepare and manage closing documents and checklists
Handle recordings and closing books
Draft and file UCCs
Prepare Land Court and registry filings
Assist with foreclosure matters
Draft a variety of real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, deeds, easements, and formation documents
