Information Technology
Responsibilities
Greet all patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Verify insurance and referral information before appointments
Ensure accurate and complete patient registration
Maintain and update physician schedules; confirm appointments
Answer multi-line phones, triage calls, and relay messages
Assist with urgent medication refills and medical records requests
Coordinate and reschedule patient appointments as needed
Post payments and co-pays; maintain a balanced batch
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience (retail, admin, or similar)
Proficiency with multi-line phone systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience at a healthcare clinic front desk
Familiarity with NextGen EMR system
