Sales Manager
Rovicare is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead their business development efforts in the healthcare sector. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and building relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the healthcare SaaS market
Identify, target, and engage key customer segments, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare networks, physicians, and other healthcare providers
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver client-centric solutions
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to healthcare clients’ needs
Track sales metrics, prepare periodic reports, and provide insights to leadership
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes relevant to healthcare technology
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS, HealthTech, EMR/EHR, RCM, or similar products
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, target customers, and decision-making structures
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales cycles
Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based technology solutions is mandatory
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strong analytical and reporting skills
