We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team as a Practice Coordinator, providing front and back office support in a healthcare setting. The role involves assisting with patient check-in/out, scheduling, records management, and daily clinic flow coordination.

Responsibilities
Front & Back Office Support – Patient check-in/out, scheduling, records management, and coordination of daily clinic flow
Patient-Facing Support – Assisting in a clinic that sees 75–80 patients per day
Administrative Support – Call handling, documentation, and workflow management
Qualification
Required

Tech-Savvy – Quick learner with Epic experience, plus ability to navigate reporting tools and data workflows
Commitment & Stability – Steady work history, not a pattern of short stints
Temp-to-Perm Mindset – Sees this role as a pathway to a long-term career, not just a temporary stop
Attitude Over Experience – University experience is not required; the right attitude and willingness to learn are key
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a healthcare, admin, or call center environment
Epic-trained candidates only (non-APeX trained candidates will not be considered)
Must remain at Campus for the entire assignment
